Our Process
If you have a medal design already in mind or you may have nothing at all, we work with our customers to understand their needs in terms of design, size, and budget and we work to maximize the quality of the offering based on those needs.
Along with our medals, we work with our manufacturing partners to generate full-color production artwork for our customer to consider.
We then work behind the scenes on the customer’s behalf to see the order through the casting and finishing processes.

What are cast plaques / cast medals?
Cast plaques and medals are made in a specialized foundry in which hot molten metal is poured into specially designed molds to create beautiful, timeless works of art. The permanence of cast bronze or aluminum, combined with design versatility, make cast plaques an excellent choice for signage, memorials, and recognition projects. The age-old art of sand casting naturally features the attributes of the metal and conveys a sense of quality and tradition. Our cast plaques are made of either aluminum or bronze whereas our medals are usually spin-cast in zinc.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on the size and complexity of your order, it can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks. Particularly when it comes to medals, we can offer design suggestions that can significantly shorten the turnaround time if needed.
Is there a way to expedite my order?
Yes, in most cases we can offer expedited service to help meet your deadline, for an additional fee. However, we generally can avoid this by working with your dedication date in mind from the outset.
How long should I expect my product to last?
Show and Tell Products stands apart in the recognition industry by only offering products that will stand the test of time. We take great pride in the quality of our work and the permanence our plaques, medals, and awards provide for our customers. The appearance, durability, and lasting quality of your order is of utmost importance to us. Should any of our products fade, break, or contain any defect, we will refinish or replace it free of charge.
How do I place an order?

Whether you know exactly what you need, or prefer to lean on our expertise to bring your idea to life, we’re here for you! We’ll collaborate in whatever way is convenient for you; either by phone or email. We’re also available to meet our customers in the Middle Tennessee area in person as needed.
Can I use my own artwork or logo?
Yes, absolutely. We’ll have a look at your artwork when we’re creating your initial design. If it needs to be improved or vectorized, we can handle that for you. Or if a design needs to be created from scratch, we can do that too!
What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards as well as check, ACH, or Apple Pay. We do not charge additional fees to accept any form of payment.
